This approach brings together My approach brings together depth psychology, creative exploration, and practices tailored to you, helping you discover what matters and bring meaningful ideas into form.
Depth-oriented work makes room for the unconscious—bringing attention to patterns, desires, images, and possibilities that may be operating beneath the surface
The process is collaborative, individualized, and designed for thoughtful, motivated people who are ready to engage deeply with questions of identity, purpose, creativity, and meaningful change—and to act on what they discover.
Learn more about Depth Inquiry & Creative Consultations
These consultations are distinct from psychotherapy and focus on personal inquiry, creative development, and meaningful action.
Reclaiming a Creative Life. One client returned to a long-neglected creative project and finally brought it to completion.
Following your True North. Another client moved away from a professional identity that no longer fit and toward work that felt more personally meaningful.
Finding Purpose. One client rediscovered meaning in an established career by changing their relationship to the work rather than leaving it.
Creating Something Now. Another client transformed years of accumulated knowledge and advocacy into meaningful work of their own.
I hold a PhD in Depth Psychotherapy and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and my work is grounded in years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist. My additional training includes coaching, hypnotherapy, breathwork, yoga, and energy practices.
I have a particular interest in helping people discover and express what is uniquely theirs, pursue meaningful aspirations, and create lives that feel more fully their own.
Creativity has become an important part of my own life through writing, sculpture, visual art, and leading art workshops—but I also spent years in corporate work that felt disconnected from who I was, with little room for creative expression. I'm also the author of Shame and the Making of Art (Routledge), which explores the relationship between shame and creative expression.
I’d love to help you clarify what you want to create and bring more of what matters into your life.
